Project Coordinator

Task area

  • Manage and coordinate dedicated internal project teams and processes during all stages of key projects to ensure a smooth project execution and maximize client satisfaction.
  • Act as a link between clients and Doka by conducting regular site visits which include technical assistance, solving problems and complaints and assistance with delivery / return procedures.
  • Prepare and work out the time schedule for the job (short term and long term goals/milestones).
  • Support clients in handling Doka material correctly, safely and in the most effective way.
  • Sort out any issues that may arise during the project.
  • Support the sales team by identifying new opportunities during or after project execution.
  • Prepare mutually agreed delivery schedules.
  • Prepare and circulate minutes of meetings from site and internal project meetings.
  • Ensure any design issues / improvements at site are relayed to the engineering department to eliminate repetitive issues.
  • General contribution to the engineering department using formwork design expertise and extensive site experience.
  • Other tasks and duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Technical/Civil Engineering Qualification
  • Job site experience
  • Solid knowledge of Doka formwork systems
  • Project Management experience
  • Ability to coordinate, work unsupervised and solve problems
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and language skills (English, ideally Arabic)
  • Be familiar with all necessary Doka procedures (contracts, agreements, programs etc.)
